Power, Voltage, and Geometry—Kept Practical
This heater runs on a high-voltage supply so it can blast out high-density infrared heat right away. We shaped it to deliver serious radiant warmth from a compact footprint, and the geometry keeps the heat path short. That short path is why you feel the heat so fast. The warmth goes straight where it’s needed—hitting surfaces and people directly—instead of wasting time trying to warm the air first. We match wattage and tube length so the beam spreads evenly over the target area, without hot spots. High voltage also means lower current for the same power, which keeps wiring and terminals manageable on a real job site. One thing to keep in mind: high power density means the mounting area—and any nearby equipment—will feel more radiated heat. Plan your clearances and ventilation accordingly.
Materials and Design: Built to Take It
Inside, a halogen element sits inside a quartz envelope, producing shortwave infrared. The halogen cycle helps keep output steady over the life of the tube, resisting the blackening that would otherwise kill performance. We add a protective coating on the outer quartz to handle thermal shock and fight off the environment. And the IP65 sealing? It keeps water jets out and stops dust from getting in and messing with the insides. For wiring, we went with an R7s connector.
